HART AmeriCorps VISTA Opportunity
In early April (starting 4/11/22) there will be an opportunity to join the AmeriCorps VISTA program specifically in support of HART.
Under the supervision of Sacramento Self-Help Housing, the VISTA member will assist with building the capacity of existing HART groups as well as with developing new HART organizations. This program offers an invaluable opportunity for members to gain knowledge, experience, and skills critical to professional development and is well regarded by higher-education and graduate-level admissions.
As National Service, the VISTA receives a living stipend, health benefits, and the option to receive either an education award towards student debt or a cash award following the completion of the year program.
