As of May 12, 2021, Fair Oaks & Orangevale HART is the 10th HART group in the greater Sacramento area to join the movement. They have held in-person community meetings and are developing their short and longer term vision on how best to address the needs of their unsheltered neighbors. At their in-person May 25th general meeting, they featured guest speaker, Ed Kelly, former president of both HART of Folsom and Elk Grove HART. They also unveiled their executive summary, foundational principles, and plans for developing their team.
