Elk Grove HART Opens 3rd Transitional House

Elk Grove HART, in coordination with the City of Elk Grove and Sacramento Self Help Housing, is opening up a third transitional house. The Moon Creek House is large two-story home that will be able to accommodate three families as well as a house leader.
