Homeless Assistance

Founded in 2010, Homeless Assistance Resource Team (HART) is a collaborative movement made of community members, faith-based organizations, businesses, and local nonprofits dedicated to serving our unhoused neighbors. We are a collective of 10 grass-roots communities across Sacramento County. Our mission is to provide resources and support to those experiencing homelessness, with a focus on finding long-term solutions. At HART, we believe that everyone deserves a safe and stable place to call home. We offer a variety of services, including temporary shelter, job training, mental health support, and addiction recovery programs. Our team is made up of passionate and dedicated individuals who are committed to making a difference in our community. Together, we can end homelessness in Sacramento County.
